Create new innovation by adopting the correct theory to the performance of forgotten predecessors

Unfortunately, modern scientific research is rooted in capitalism. Research is being done to find profitable results. If research results are not worth commercial interest, the value of the research is not considered good. Also, the value of the research results will be affected by the quality of knowledge at that point of consideration level. By them, many truths are not correctly evaluated, they are buried in the ground and fossilize. The most worrying thing is data manipulation that eliminates side effects and harmful effects. By concealing such a disadvantage, only usefulness is discussed. But the great discovery is hidden in the truth of the reason for the disadvantage. Geocentrism began with the concept that the earth is the center of the universe and does not move. And detailed observations and calculations were done to explain that the stars, the sun and the moon in the sky are turning around the earth. And even subtle deviations were covered by mathematical correction. However, Copernicus considered this gap as contradiction. And when he focused on the sun he noticed that there was no need to correct the displacement. In other words, the truth is discovered by pursuing contradiction and applying new theory. No matter how precise experiments are done, if you interpret it with a false concept, it will produce a false conclusion. The truth is hidden behind the exception caused by accurate experiments and contradiction. In medicine, it is a legitimate method to think about the treatment method after the reason for the occurrence of the disease is clarified. However, it is true that there are not many such procedures. For example, the colon diverticulum began with the erroneous concept that it can be prevented by ingesting a lot of dietary fiber. In order to justify that concept, Laplace's law was applied. It was thought that diverticula would arise due to increased pressure due to excessive contraction. Fecal abundance of dietary fiber was the reason not to shrink the intestinal tract by its volume. Some people still believe such a theory. However, there is obvious logical failure. The premise to apply Laplace's law is to be a lumen with complete obstruction. However, ingestion of dietary fiber in the case with complete occlusion leads to intestinal obstruction and intestinal rupture. Also, rather than gradually creating gaps in the muscular layer due to pressure, the muscular layer of the human colon has gaps from the beginning. As a fundamental rule of the colon diverticulum it is important to find the principle that the pressure in the continuous lumen of stenosis and dilation changes rather than a completely obstructed lumen. In 1970, it was thought that dietary fiber intake was effective against constipation, because the stool volume increased by increasing dietary fiber in a healthy person. After that, many research that suported this concept were reported. After then, it contributed to the commercial development of dietary fiber supplements. Meanwhile, few studies  reported that constipation deteriorates with many dietary fibers, but such researchs were ignored. Most researchers did not think deeply about this contradiction. If we try to clarify the reason for contradiction, you should have noticed the reason. The reason is that the data of healthy subjects can not be adapted to constipation, because colon with constipation is defferent from healthy colon.. Even human studies can not obtain the same result due to morphological differences. Nonetheless, experiments with animals that differ in diet and colon morphology have been performed.

Herbivorous animals living by the energy of fermentation of plants have a large and sturdy large intestine. However, in the carnivores, the colon has not developed. If fermentable foods contribute to human health, humans should be equivalent to herbivores. Regardless of whether the comparative zoology is a large heritage of the predecessor, it is a serious problem that it is excluded from the current medical education.
