ジョン・ホプキンス大の医学集会でFODMAPの講演

第42回のジョン・ホプキンス大の消化器病集会が11月9－12日に行われるが、そのプログラムにFODMAPが講演される。

 

講演するのは、ジョン・ホプキンスの臨床栄養学の栄養士のCarmen Robertsである。

Carmen Roberts, M.S., R.D., is a dietitian in the clinical nutrition department at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and has served as the director of nutrition education there and as the program manager of the Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center. Ms. Roberts has focused her career on health promotion, disease prevention, and weight management. She was named outstanding dietitian of the year by the Maryland Dietetic Association and clinical director of the year by Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

She has contributed to numerous consumer publications, including nutrition articles in Fitness and Better Homes and Gardens. Ms. Roberts has been a coinvestigator of several research studies that have been published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.


FODMAPの講演の前の演題が、便移植（日本で最先端医療とされる）についてである。
つまり、そのレベルであると認識される。

FODMAPについて、ジョン・ホプキンスも取り組んでいることであるが、
日本の栄養士でも、このレベルの人が出てきてほしいと願う。
